I am Jerony Joseph.
Welcome to my teaching portfolio! I am a preschool teacher with training from both the Montessori Association Internationale and the American Montessori Association. My journey has taken me across the globe, from Sri Lanka to the USA, where I have gained valuable international experience. My teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in the Montessori approach, which I believe is not just a method but a way of life. Through this portfolio, I hope to share my passion for early childhood education.
In early childhood, teachers are powerful role models.
For each child, teachers are not just educators but central figures they observe and learn from every day. Maintaining an integrated personality where our values, actions, and words align ensures we provide a consistent, positive influence during these formative years.
